Circle Earth want to help make a difference. I am very pleased to annouce that our nominated charity is now the Alzheimers Research Trust. For every reservation taken, we will donate £150 to the trust which is the leading UK research charity for Dementia and Alzheimers.
My paternal grandmother has suffered with Alzheimers for many years now, it is a terrible debilitating disease which strips people not only of their abilities to function on a normal level, but also of their personality and character. Occasionally we catch a glimmer of her former self, but unfortunately it is often short lived. Today is her Birthday, she is 82 years young.
